Dennise Allan

Dennise Allan has been so inspired by the great artists and craftmanship surrounding her, that she joined the creative community.

Dennise was born in Prince George, BC. Eventually, the road led to Nanaimo where she was so inspired by the great artists and craftsmanship surrounding her, she joined the creative community.

When she moved to the North Okanagan, she landed next door to the well-known artist Tatianna M. O'Donnell. Tatianna provided encouragement and taught Dennise many skills in her art classes. Dennise then invited a small group of friends to her home so they could all paint together. The group has since become the Partners in Paint.

She is a member of the Mount Ida Painters Guild in Salmon Arm and has presented her paintings in the Armstrong Spallumcheen Museum & Art Gallery. She has been painting steadily for the last 2 years and continues taking courses to improve her skills.

She has been to the Caribbean several times and visited Holland and its surrounding countryside. In Europe, she experienced the magnificent works of her favourite artists: Rembrandt, Van Gogh, and Monet.
